SEC(Sustainable Enterprise Evaluation Commission)는 평가 및 관련 제도의 일관성·신뢰성·예측가능성을 확보하기 위하여 평가운영에 필요한 규정과 기준을 제정·운영한다.

 

SEC (Sustainable Enterprise Evaluation Commission) establishes and administers regulations and standards necessary for evaluation operations in order to ensure the consistency, reliability, and predictability of its evaluations and related systems.

 

SEC 규정은 평가등급 운영, 평가결과 공표, 사실확인, 이의신청, 인증, 평가윤리 및 이해상충 관리 등 평가와 관련된 주요 제도의 운영기준과 절차를 정하는 공식 규정이다.

 

SEC Regulations establish official standards and procedures governing major evaluation-related systems, including rating operations, disclosure of evaluation results, factual review, appeals, certification, evaluation ethics, and conflict-of-interest management.

 

SEC는 관련 규정을 통해 평가업무의 역할과 절차를 명확하게 하고, 평가대상의 권리를 보호하며, 평가가 정해진 기준과 절차에 따라 일관되게 운영될 수 있도록 한다.

 

Through these regulations, SEC clarifies evaluation roles and procedures, protects the rights of evaluated organizations, and ensures that evaluations are conducted consistently in accordance with established standards and procedures.

SEC ESG 평가등급 운영규정은 평가결과에 따른 평가등급의 결정·운영 및 관리에 필요한 사항을 정한다.

The WFPL ESG Certification Operation Regulations establish requirements concerning the criteria, procedures, and management of WFPL ESG Certification operated in connection with evaluation results.

SEC 평가윤리규정은 평가업무를 수행하는 과정에서 준수하여야 할 윤리기준과 평가업무의 신뢰성을 유지하기 위한 사항을 정한다.

 

The SEC Evaluation Ethics Regulations establish ethical standards to be observed in the conduct of evaluation activities and requirements for maintaining the reliability of evaluation operations.

SEC 이해상충 방지규정은 평가와 관련하여 발생할 수 있는 이해상충을 식별·예방·관리하고 평가에 관한 전문적 판단의 독립성을 유지하기 위한 사항을 정한다.

 

The SEC Conflict of Interest Regulations establish requirements for identifying, preventing, and managing potential conflicts of interest relating to evaluations and maintaining the independence of professional evaluation judgments.

 

 

 

Ⅷ. SEC 규정의 운영

SEC는 각 규정의 적용범위와 시행시점에 따라 평가 및 관련 업무에 해당 규정을 적용한다.

 

SEC applies each regulation to evaluation and related activities according to its scope of application and effective date.

 

각 규정은 상호 연계하여 운영하되, 개별 규정이 정하는 목적과 적용범위 및 절차에 따라 적용한다.

 

The regulations operate in coordination with one another while each is applied according to its own purpose, scope, and procedures.

 

규정의 제정·개정 및 폐지는 정해진 절차에 따라 관리하고, 현재 시행 중인 규정과 이전 규정을 구분하여 관리한다.

 

The enactment, amendment, and repeal of regulations are managed through established procedures, with regulations currently in force distinguished from previous versions.

 

각 규정의 제정일·개정일·시행일 및 주요 변경사항은 「제·개정 이력」을 통해 공개한다.

 

The enactment date, amendment date, effective date, and major changes of each regulation are disclosed through “Enactment and Revision History.”
