SEC(Sustainable Enterprise Evaluation Commission)는 최종 확정된 평가결과의 안정성과 신뢰성을 유지하는 것을 원칙으로 하며, 평가결과가 확정되거나 공표된 이후 객관적인 사실오류 또는 정정·변경이 필요한 사유가 확인된 경우에는 관련 규정과 정해진 절차에 따라 이를 검토하고 처리한다.

 

SEC (Sustainable Enterprise Evaluation Commission) maintains the stability and reliability of finalized evaluation results as a fundamental principle. Where an objective factual error or another ground requiring correction or modification is identified after evaluation results have been finalized or disclosed, SEC reviews and handles the matter in accordance with applicable regulations and established procedures.

 

평가결과의 정정·변경은 확정된 평가결과를 임의로 수정하는 절차가 아니라, 객관적인 자료와 근거를 바탕으로 공식 평가결과의 정확성과 신뢰성을 유지하기 위한 사후관리 절차이다.

 

Correction or modification of evaluation results is not a process for arbitrarily altering finalized results. It is a post-evaluation management procedure intended to maintain the accuracy and reliability of official evaluation results on the basis of objective data and evidence.

 

 

 

Ⅰ. 정정·변경의 기본원칙

I. Fundamental Principles for Correction and Modification

 

 

최종 확정된 평가결과는 해당 평가연도의 공식 평가결과로서 유지하는 것을 원칙으로 한다.

 

Finalized evaluation results are maintained, in principle, as the official evaluation results for the relevant evaluation year.

 

다만 평가결과의 정확성이나 신뢰성에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 객관적인 사실오류 또는 정정·변경이 필요한 사유가 확인된 경우에는 정해진 절차에 따라 해당 사항을 검토한다.

 

However, where an objective factual error or another ground requiring correction or modification that may affect the accuracy or reliability of evaluation results is identified, SEC reviews the matter in accordance with established procedures.

 

정정·변경 여부는 객관적인 자료와 근거를 바탕으로 판단하며, 평가대상 또는 이해관계자의 단순한 요구만으로 평가결과를 변경하지 않는다.

 

Whether a correction or modification is warranted is determined on the basis of objective data and supporting evidence. Evaluation results are not changed solely in response to a request from an evaluated organization or stakeholder.

 

 

 

Ⅱ. 정정·변경의 대상

II. Grounds for Correction and Modification

 

 

평가결과의 정정·변경은 최종 확정 또는 공표 이후 평가결과의 정확성과 신뢰성을 유지하기 위하여 검토가 필요한 사항을 대상으로 한다.

 

Correction or modification may be considered where review is necessary to maintain the accuracy and reliability of evaluation results after finalization or disclosure.

 

객관적인 사실관계의 오류, 자료의 잘못된 반영 또는 누락, 평가결과의 표시·공표 과정에서 발생한 오류 등 평가결과에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 사항이 확인된 경우에는 관련 자료와 근거를 검토한다.

 

Where matters that may affect evaluation results are identified, including objective factual errors, incorrect reflection or omission of data, or errors arising in the presentation or disclosure of evaluation results, SEC reviews the relevant data and supporting evidence.

 

그 밖에 평가결과의 정정·변경이 필요하다고 판단되는 사항은 관련 규정과 정해진 절차에 따라 검토한다.

 

Other matters considered to require correction or modification of evaluation results are reviewed in accordance with applicable regulations and established procedures.

 

 

 

Ⅲ. 정정·변경의 검토

III. Review of Corrections and Modifications

 

 

SEC는 정정·변경이 필요한 사항이 확인되거나 관련 요청이 접수된 경우 해당 사항이 최종 평가결과에 미치는 영향을 검토한다.

 

Where a matter requiring correction or modification is identified or a relevant request is received, SEC reviews its impact on the finalized evaluation results.

 

검토과정에서는 관련 자료의 객관성과 신뢰성, 해당 자료의 평가대상 및 평가기간과의 관련성, 기존 평가결과에 미치는 영향 등을 종합적으로 확인한다.

 

The review comprehensively considers the objectivity and reliability of the relevant data, its relevance to the evaluated organization and evaluation period, and its impact on the existing evaluation results.

 

필요한 경우 관련 자료를 추가로 확인하거나 검증하여 정정·변경 여부를 판단한다.

 

Where necessary, SEC conducts additional review or verification of relevant data in determining whether correction or modification is warranted.

 

 

 

Ⅳ. 정정·변경의 확정

IV. Confirmation of Corrections and Modifications

 

 

검토결과 평가결과를 정정·변경할 객관적인 사유가 확인된 경우에는 관련 규정과 정해진 절차에 따라 정정·변경사항을 확정한다.

 

Where the review establishes objective grounds for correcting or modifying evaluation results, the correction or modification is finalized in accordance with applicable regulations and established procedures.

 

정정·변경사항이 SEC WFSRI Rating에 영향을 미치는 경우에는 해당 평가결과와 Rating의 변경 필요성을 함께 검토하여 처리한다.

 

Where a correction or modification affects the SEC WFSRI Rating, SEC reviews and addresses the need to modify both the relevant evaluation results and Rating.

 

정정·변경이 확정된 경우에는 변경된 내용을 해당 평가연도의 공식 평가결과에 반영한다.

 

Once a correction or modification is finalized, the revised information is reflected in the official evaluation results for the relevant evaluation year.

 

 

 

Ⅴ. 공표된 평가결과의 정정·변경

V. Correction and Modification of Disclosed Evaluation Results

 

 

이미 공표된 평가결과가 정정·변경된 경우에는 공식적으로 확정된 변경사항을 공개된 평가정보에 반영한다.

 

Where evaluation results that have already been disclosed are corrected or modified, the officially finalized changes are reflected in the publicly available evaluation information.

 

필요한 경우 정정·변경된 사실과 그 적용시점 등 이용자가 변경된 평가정보를 정확하게 확인하는 데 필요한 사항을 함께 제시할 수 있다.

 

Where necessary, SEC may also provide information required for users to accurately understand the revised evaluation information, including the fact that a correction or modification has been made and the date from which it applies.

 

정정·변경된 결과는 「평가결과 검색」, 「연도별 평가결과」 및 「등급현황」 등 관련 공개정보에도 반영한다.

 

Corrected or modified results are also reflected in relevant publicly available information, including “Evaluation Results Search,” “Annual Evaluation Results,” and “Rating Status.”

 

 

 

Ⅵ. 사실확인·이의신청과의 구분

VI. Distinction from Factual Review and Appeal

 

 

사실확인(Factual Review)과 이의신청(Appeal)은 평가결과를 최종 확정하기 전에 평가자료와 평가결과를 확인하고 검토하기 위한 절차이다.

 

Factual Review and Appeal are procedures for reviewing evaluation data and evaluation results before the results are finally confirmed.

 

평가결과 정정·변경은 최종 평가결과가 확정되거나 공표된 이후 객관적인 사실오류 또는 변경 필요사유가 확인된 경우 이를 처리하기 위한 사후관리 절차이다.

 

Correction and modification of evaluation results are post-evaluation management procedures for addressing objective factual errors or other grounds requiring modification identified after final evaluation results have been confirmed or disclosed.

 

따라서 평가결과 정정·변경은 사실확인 또는 이의신청 절차를 다시 진행하는 것을 의미하지 않으며, 최종 확정된 평가결과의 정확성과 신뢰성을 유지하기 위한 별도의 절차로 운영한다.

 

Accordingly, correction or modification of evaluation results does not constitute a reopening of the Factual Review or Appeal process. It is operated as a separate procedure for maintaining the accuracy and reliability of finalized evaluation results.

 

 

 

Ⅶ. 정정·변경 이력의 관리

VII. Management of Correction and Modification Records

 

 

SEC는 평가결과의 정정·변경이 확정된 경우 관련 사항을 해당 평가연도의 평가기록과 함께 관리한다.

 

Where a correction or modification of evaluation results is finalized, SEC manages the relevant information together with the evaluation records for the applicable evaluation year.

 

정정·변경 전후의 평가정보와 적용시점 등 필요한 이력을 관리하여 공식 평가결과의 정확성과 추적가능성을 유지한다.

 

SEC maintains necessary records, including evaluation information before and after correction or modification and the effective date of the change, to preserve the accuracy and traceability of official evaluation results.

 

이를 통해 평가결과의 정정·변경이 정해진 기준과 절차에 따라 이루어지도록 하고, SEC 평가결과의 일관성과 신뢰성을 지속적으로 유지한다.

 

Through this process, SEC ensures that corrections and modifications of evaluation results are made in accordance with established criteria and procedures and continuously maintains the consistency and reliability of its official evaluation results.
