SEC(Sustainable Enterprise Evaluation Commission)는 평가제도의 일관성과 투명성 및 예측가능성을 유지하기 위하여 주요 규정과 공개 운영기준의 제정·개정 및 시행 이력을 체계적으로 관리한다.

 

SEC (Sustainable Enterprise Evaluation Commission) systematically manages the enactment, revision, and implementation history of its principal regulations and publicly disclosed operational standards in order to maintain the consistency, transparency, and predictability of its evaluation system.

 

제·개정 이력은 현재 적용되는 규정과 기준이 언제 제정 또는 개정되었으며 어느 시점부터 적용되는지를 확인할 수 있도록 관리하는 공식 기록이다.

 

The Enactment and Revision History is an official record maintained to identify when currently applicable regulations and standards were enacted or revised and when they became effective.

 

 

 

Ⅰ. 제·개정 이력의 목적

I. Purpose of the Enactment and Revision History

 

 

SEC는 평가와 관련된 주요 규정과 공개 운영기준의 변경과정을 명확하게 기록함으로써 각 규정과 기준의 적용시점 및 변경사항을 확인할 수 있도록 한다.

 

SEC maintains clear records of changes to principal evaluation-related regulations and publicly disclosed operational standards so that their effective dates and changes can be identified.

 

이를 통해 현재 시행 중인 규정과 이전에 적용된 규정을 구분하고, 평가연도별로 적용되는 규정과 기준을 명확하게 관리한다.

 

This enables SEC to distinguish regulations currently in force from previous versions and to clearly manage the regulations and standards applicable to each evaluation year.

 

 

 

Ⅱ. 관리대상

II. Scope of Records

 

 

제·개정 이력은 SEC가 공식적으로 제정·운영하는 주요 평가 관련 규정과 공개 운영기준을 대상으로 관리한다.

 

The Enactment and Revision History covers principal evaluation-related regulations and publicly disclosed operational standards formally established and administered by SEC.

 

WFPL ESG 인증 운영규정 등 SEC 평가결과와 연계하여 운영되며 정보공개 대상에 포함되는 관련 규정의 제·개정 이력도 해당 규정의 제정·운영 주체를 명확하게 구분하여 관리할 수 있다.

 

The enactment and revision history of related regulations, including the WFPL ESG Certification Operation Regulations, that operate in connection with SEC evaluation results and are designated for public disclosure may also be maintained with clear identification of the entity responsible for establishing and administering each regulation.

 

 

 

Ⅲ. 공개항목

III. Information Disclosed

 

 

각 규정과 주요 공개 운영기준의 제·개정 이력은 다음 사항을 중심으로 관리한다.

 

The enactment and revision history of each regulation and major publicly disclosed operational standard is managed with reference to the following information.

 

규정 또는 기준의 명칭, 제정일, 개정일, 시행일, 주요 변경사항, 적용범위 및 현재 시행 여부를 확인할 수 있도록 한다.

 

The record identifies the title of the regulation or standard, enactment date, revision date, effective date, major changes, scope of application, and current status.

 

 

 

Ⅳ. 최초 제정

IV. Initial Enactment

 

 

SEC는 제1회 기업·공공기관 ESG·WFSRI 평가의 체계적인 운영을 위하여 평가와 관련된 주요 운영규정을 2025년 12월 26일 제정하였다.

 

SEC enacted its principal evaluation-related operational regulations on December 26, 2025, to provide a systematic basis for the 1st SEC ESG·WFSRI Evaluation for Corporations and Public Institutions.

 

해당 규정은 2026년 1월 1일부터 시행하여 제1회 평가와 관련 업무에 적용한다.

 

The regulations took effect on January 1, 2026, and apply to the 1st Evaluation and related activities.

 

 

 

Ⅴ. 개정이력의 관리

V. Management of Revision History

 

 

규정을 개정하는 경우에는 개정일과 시행일을 구분하여 관리하고, 공개가 필요한 주요 변경사항과 적용범위를 함께 기록한다.

 

Where a regulation is revised, the revision date and effective date are recorded separately, together with major changes and the scope of application designated for public disclosure.

 

일부 조항만 개정되는 경우에도 해당 개정사항이 어느 시점부터 적용되는지를 확인할 수 있도록 관리한다.

 

Where only certain provisions are revised, the record is maintained so that the effective date of those changes can be identified.

 

개정된 규정이 시행된 이후에도 이전 규정의 적용기간과 변경이력을 확인할 수 있도록 필요한 기록을 유지한다.

 

After a revised regulation takes effect, necessary records are retained so that the applicable period and revision history of previous versions can be identified.

 

 

 

Ⅵ. 평가연도와 적용기준

VI. Evaluation Year and Applicable Standards

 

 

SEC는 평가연도별로 적용되는 규정과 기준을 명확하게 구분하여 관리한다.

 

SEC clearly distinguishes and manages the regulations and standards applicable to each evaluation year.

 

평가기간 중 관련 규정이나 기준이 개정되는 경우에는 개정된 내용의 시행시점과 적용대상을 명확하게 하여 평가대상이 적용기준을 확인할 수 있도록 한다.

 

Where a relevant regulation or standard is revised during an evaluation period, SEC clearly identifies the effective date and scope of application of the revised provisions so that evaluated organizations can determine the applicable standards.

 

 

 

Ⅶ. 제·개정 이력의 공개

VII. Disclosure of Enactment and Revision History

 

 

SEC는 정보공개 대상에 해당하는 제·개정 이력을 공식 홈페이지 등을 통해 공개한다.

 

SEC discloses enactment and revision history designated for public disclosure through its official website and other appropriate channels.

 

현재 시행 중인 규정의 원문은 「SEC 규정」에서 제공하고, 해당 규정의 제정·개정 및 시행에 관한 변경이력은 「제·개정 이력」에서 확인할 수 있도록 구분하여 관리한다.

 

The full text of regulations currently in force is provided under “SEC Regulations,” while records concerning their enactment, revision, and implementation are separately maintained and made available under “Enactment and Revision History.”
