SEC WFSRI Rating Mark Usage Guidelines

 

 

제1조 목적

Article 1. Purpose

 

 

본 규정은 SEC(Sustainable Enterprise Evaluation Commission)가 운영하는 SEC WFSRI Rating 표시마크의 사용기준, 사용범위 및 관리에 관한 사항을 정함으로써 표시마크의 정확한 사용과 신뢰성 및 공식적 식별성을 유지하는 것을 목적으로 한다.

 

These Guidelines establish requirements concerning the use, scope, and management of SEC WFSRI Rating Marks operated by SEC (Sustainable Enterprise Evaluation Commission) in order to maintain their accurate use, reliability, and official identity.

 

표시마크의 디자인, 색상, 규격 및 세부적인 시각적 사용기준은 SEC가 별도로 정하는 디자인 가이드라인에 따른다.

 

The design, colors, specifications, and detailed visual usage requirements of the Marks are governed by separate Design Guidelines established by SEC.

 

 

 

제2조 적용범위

Article 2. Scope of Application

 

본 규정은 SEC가 공식적으로 SEC WFSRI Rating을 부여하고 해당 표시마크의 사용을 허용한 기업 및 공공기관과 그 밖에 SEC가 사용을 허용한 조직에 적용한다.

 

These Guidelines apply to corporations and public institutions officially assigned an SEC WFSRI Rating and authorized by SEC to use the applicable Rating Mark, as well as other organizations authorized by SEC to use such Marks.

 

 

 

제3조 표시마크의 정의

Article 3. Definition of the Rating Mark

 

 

SEC WFSRI Rating 표시마크는 SEC가 최종 확정한 평가결과에 따라 부여된 SEC WFSRI Rating과 해당 평가연도를 시각적으로 나타내는 공식 표지이다.

 

The SEC WFSRI Rating Mark is an official visual identifier representing the SEC WFSRI Rating assigned on the basis of finalized evaluation results and the applicable evaluation year.

 

표시마크는 해당 평가연도의 공식 Rating을 나타내며, 평가결과 전체 또는 별도의 인증제도에 따른 인증 여부를 대신하여 나타내는 것은 아니다.

 

The Rating Mark represents the official Rating for the relevant evaluation year and does not substitute for the complete evaluation results or indicate certification status under a separate Certification Program.

 

 

 

제4조 Rating의 구분

Article 4. Rating Levels

 

 

SEC WFSRI Rating 표시마크는 다음의 5단계 공식 평가등급에 따라 구분한다.

 

SEC WFSRI Rating Marks correspond to the following five official Rating levels.

 

 

① AAA (Platinum)

 

② AA (Gold)

 

③ A (Silver)

 

④ BB (Certified)

 

⑤ B (Not Certified)

 

 

 

BB(Certified)와 B(Not Certified)의 명칭은 SEC WFSRI Rating의 공식 등급명을 구성하며, 별도의 인증제도에 따른 인증 여부를 의미하지 않는다.

 

The designations BB (Certified) and B (Not Certified) form part of the official SEC WFSRI Rating structure and do not indicate certification status under a separate Certification Program.

 

 

 

제5조 사용 가능 범위

Article 5. Permitted Use

 

 

표시마크의 사용을 허용받은 기업 및 공공기관은 다음 각 호의 매체에서 해당 표시마크를 사용할 수 있다.

 

Corporations and public institutions authorized to use a Rating Mark may use the applicable Mark in the following media.

제6조 사용원칙

Article 6. Principles of Use

 

 

표시마크를 사용하는 기업 및 공공기관은 다음 각 호의 사항을 준수한다.

 

Corporations and public institutions using a Rating Mark shall comply with the following requirements.

 

① 실제 부여받은 SEC WFSRI Rating을 정확하게 표시한다.

 

The SEC WFSRI Rating actually assigned shall be displayed accurately.

 

② SEC가 제공하거나 공식적으로 승인한 표시마크를 사용한다.

 

Only Rating Marks provided or officially approved by SEC shall be used.

 

③ Rating의 적용범위를 초과하거나 이용자가 평가결과를 오인할 수 있는 방식으로 사용하지 않는다.

 

The Rating Mark shall not be used beyond the applicable scope of the Rating or in a manner that may mislead users regarding the evaluation results.

④ 표시마크를 SEC가 특정 제품·서비스 또는 개별 사업의 품질이나 성능을 보증하는 것으로 표시하지 않는다.

 

The Rating Mark shall not be presented as an SEC guarantee of the quality or performance of a specific product, service, or individual business activity.

 

⑤ 표시마크에 적용되는 평가연도를 임의로 변경·삭제하거나 식별할 수 없도록 표시하지 않는다.

 

The evaluation year applicable to the Rating Mark shall not be altered, deleted, or obscured.

 

 

 

제7조 표시마크의 변경 금지

Article 7. Prohibition of Alteration

 

 

SEC WFSRI Rating 표시마크는 SEC가 정한 공식 디자인을 그대로 사용하며 임의로 변경하지 않는다.

 

The SEC WFSRI Rating Mark shall be used in its official form established by SEC and shall not be altered without authorization.

 

색상, 비율, 디자인, 문구, Rating, 평가연도 및 기타 표시요소를 임의로 변경·삭제 또는 추가하지 않으며, 표시마크의 형태나 식별성을 훼손하는 방식으로 사용하지 않는다.

 

Colors, proportions, design, wording, Rating, evaluation year, and other visual elements shall not be altered, deleted, or added without authorization, and the Mark shall not be used in a manner that impairs its form or identifiability.

 

확대 또는 축소가 필요한 경우에는 원래의 비율과 식별가능성을 유지한다.

 

Where enlargement or reduction is necessary, the original proportions and legibility of the Mark shall be maintained.

 

 

 

제8조 사용기간

Article 8. Period of Use

 

 

SEC WFSRI Rating 표시마크는 해당 평가연도의 평가결과가 공식적으로 발표된 날부터 차기 평가결과 발표 전일까지 사용할 수 있다.

 

The SEC WFSRI Rating Mark may be used from the date on which the evaluation results for the relevant evaluation year are officially announced until the day immediately preceding the announcement of the next evaluation results.

 

평가결과 발표연도와 평가연도가 다른 경우 표시마크에는 해당 평가가 실시된 평가연도를 표시한다.

 

Where the year in which evaluation results are announced differs from the evaluation year, the Rating Mark shall display the year in which the relevant evaluation was conducted.

 

예를 들어 2026년도 평가결과가 2027년 2월에 발표되는 경우 표시마크에는 “2026”을 표시한다.

 

For example, where evaluation results for the 2026 evaluation year are announced in February 2027, the Rating Mark shall display “2026.”

 

 

 

제9조 사용의 시정·제한 및 중단

Article 9. Correction, Restriction, and Discontinuation of Use

 

 

SEC는 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우 표시마크의 사용에 대한 시정을 요구하거나 사용을 제한 또는 중단하게 할 수 있다.

 

SEC may require corrective action or restrict or discontinue the use of a Rating Mark in any of the following circumstances.

 

 

① 허위 또는 중대한 오류가 있는 자료가 평가에 반영된 사실이 확인된 경우

Where it is confirmed that false information or information containing a material error was reflected in the evaluation.

 

② 정해진 절차에 따라 평가결과 또는 Rating이 정정·변경된 경우

Where evaluation results or a Rating have been corrected or modified in accordance with established procedures.

 

③ 부여받지 않은 Rating을 표시하거나 실제 Rating과 다르게 사용한 경우

Where a Rating not assigned to the organization is displayed or the Mark is used inconsistently with the actual Rating.

 

④ 표시마크를 허위·과장 또는 오인 가능성이 있는 방식으로 사용한 경우

Where the Rating Mark is used in a false, exaggerated, or misleading manner.

 

⑤ 표시마크를 임의로 변경하거나 정해진 사용기준을 위반한 경우

Where the Rating Mark is altered without authorization or established usage requirements are violated.

 

⑥ 그 밖에 표시마크의 정확성과 신뢰성을 유지하기 위하여 사용의 시정·제한 또는 중단이 필요한 객관적인 사유가 확인된 경우

Where other objective grounds requiring correction, restriction, or discontinuation of use are identified in order to maintain the accuracy and reliability of the Rating Mark.

 

 

표시마크의 사용이 제한되거나 중단된 경우 해당 기업 또는 공공기관은 SEC가 정한 사항에 따라 필요한 조치를 이행한다.

 

Where use of a Rating Mark is restricted or discontinued, the relevant corporation or public institution shall take necessary measures in accordance with SEC requirements.

 

 

 

제10조 지식재산권 및 사용권

Article 10. Intellectual Property Rights and Right of Use

 

 

SEC WFSRI Rating 표시마크에 관한 저작권, 상표권 및 기타 지식재산권은 관련 법령과 권리관계에 따라 보호·관리한다.

 

Copyrights, trademark rights, and other intellectual property rights relating to SEC WFSRI Rating Marks are protected and managed in accordance with applicable laws and established rights.

 

표시마크 사용을 허용받은 기업 및 공공기관에는 정해진 범위와 기간 내에서 표시마크를 사용할 권한만 부여되며, 표시마크 자체에 대한 소유권 또는 그 밖의 권리가 이전되는 것은 아니다.

 

Corporations and public institutions authorized to use a Rating Mark are granted only the right to use the Mark within the established scope and period. No ownership or other rights in the Mark are transferred.

 

 

 

제11조 Rating 표시의 한계

Article 11. Limitations of Rating Representation

 

 

SEC WFSRI Rating은 해당 평가연도의 평가결과를 바탕으로 기업 및 공공기관의 책임경영 수준을 나타내는 평가정보이다.

 

The SEC WFSRI Rating is evaluation information representing the Responsible Management level of a corporation or public institution based on evaluation results for the relevant evaluation year.

 

SEC WFSRI Rating 표시마크는 투자수익, 재무성과, 기업가치, 특정 제품이나 서비스의 품질 또는 미래 경영성과를 보증하지 않는다.

 

The SEC WFSRI Rating Mark does not guarantee investment returns, financial performance, corporate value, the quality of any specific product or service, or future business performance.

 

표시마크는 해당 Rating의 범위와 효력을 넘어 SEC가 해당 기업 또는 공공기관의 모든 활동·제품·서비스를 보증하거나 승인한다는 의미로 사용하거나 해석하지 않는다.

 

The Rating Mark shall not be used or interpreted, beyond the scope and effect of the relevant Rating, as indicating that SEC guarantees or endorses all activities, products, or services of the relevant corporation or public institution.

 

 

 

부칙

Supplementary Provisions

 

 

 

 

제1조 시행일

Article 1. Effective Date

 

본 규정은 2026년 1월 1일부터 시행한다.

 

These Guidelines shall take effect on January 1, 2026.

 

 

 

제2조 규정의 개정

Article 2. Amendment

 

본 규정의 제정·개정 및 폐지는 SEC가 정한 절차에 따라 시행한다.

 

The enactment, amendment, and repeal of these Guidelines shall be carried out in accordance with procedures established by SEC.
