업무문의 안내 (Important Information Regarding Inquiries)

 

① SEC는 평가의 독립성·공정성·객관성 및 평가정보의 신뢰성을 보호하기 위해 평가가 진행 중인 개별 기업·공공기관의 점수, 등급, 세부 평가내용, 평가위원의 의견 및 다른 평가대상에 관한 비공개 평가정보를 제공하지 않습니다.

 

① To protect the independence, fairness, and objectivity of its evaluations and the reliability of evaluation information, SEC does not disclose non-public evaluation information, including scores, ratings, detailed evaluation findings, evaluators’ opinions, or information concerning other entities under evaluation while an evaluation is in progress.

 

② 평가와 관련한 사실확인 또는 자료제출이 필요한 경우에는 SEC가 정한 평가기준과 절차에 따라 진행됩니다. 일반 업무문의 이메일 등을 통한 개별적인 평가자료 제출이나 평가결과 변경 요청은 정해진 절차에 따른 공식적인 제출 또는 요청으로 인정되지 않으며 평가에 반영되지 않습니다.

 

② Where fact-checking or the submission of materials is required in connection with an evaluation, such procedures shall be conducted in accordance with SEC’s established evaluation criteria and procedures. Evaluation materials submitted or requests for changes to evaluation results made through general inquiry email addresses or other unofficial channels will not be regarded as official submissions or requests and will not be reflected in the evaluation.

 

③ SEC 평가방법론(SEC Evaluation Methodology), SEC 평가체계(SEC Evaluation Framework), SEC 평가지표 체계(SEC Indicator System), WFSRI 및 공개된 평가정보에 관한 일반적인 문의는 해당 담당업무 이메일을 통해 접수할 수 있습니다.

 

③ General inquiries concerning the SEC Evaluation Methodology, SEC Evaluation Framework, SEC Indicator System, WFSRI, and publicly disclosed evaluation information may be submitted through the appropriate email address listed above.

 

④ SEC는 평가대상 및 외부 이해관계자의 부당한 영향으로부터 평가의 독립성을 보호합니다. 이에 따라 평가의 독립성·공정성·객관성에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 개별 평가에 대한 사전 협의, 평가방향 또는 예상 평가결과에 관한 문의에는 답변하지 않을 수 있습니다.

 

④ SEC protects the independence of its evaluations from undue influence by evaluated entities and external stakeholders. Accordingly, SEC may decline to respond to inquiries concerning prior consultation on individual evaluations, the direction of an evaluation, or anticipated evaluation results where such inquiries could affect the independence, fairness, or objectivity of the evaluation.

 

⑤ 평가위원의 신원, 평가위원별 평가내용 및 의견, 내부 심의내용, 평가과정에서 취득한 비공개 자료 등 평가의 독립성과 공정성 또는 정보보호를 위해 공개가 제한되는 사항은 제공하지 않습니다.

 

⑤ SEC does not disclose information subject to confidentiality restrictions for the protection of evaluation independence, fairness, or information security, including the identities of evaluators, individual evaluators’ assessments and opinions, internal deliberations, and non-public information obtained during the evaluation process.

 

⑥ 업무문의 과정에서 제출된 자료와 정보는 관련 업무의 확인 및 처리 목적에 한하여 이용하며, 관련 규정과 절차에 따라 관리합니다.

 

⑥ Materials and information submitted in connection with an inquiry will be used only for the purpose of reviewing and processing the relevant matter and will be managed in accordance with applicable rules and procedures.

평가와 관련한 공식적인 사실확인, 자료제출 및 기타 절차가 별도로 정해져 있는 경우에는 해당 절차를 이용해 주시기 바랍니다.

 

Where separate procedures have been established for official fact-checking, submission of materials, or other evaluation-related matters, please follow the applicable procedures.

 

SEC는 평가의 독립성·공정성·객관성을 훼손할 우려가 있거나 특정 평가대상의 평가결과에 영향을 미칠 목적으로 이루어지는 문의에 대해서는 답변을 제한할 수 있습니다.

 

SEC may limit responses to inquiries that could undermine the independence, fairness, or objectivity of an evaluation or that are intended to influence the evaluation results of a specific entity.
